Responsibilities:

• Concept Development:

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards for music videos.
  • Contribute ideas and provide feedback during brainstorming sessions to enhance video content.

• Pre-Production:

  • Plan and coordinate video shoots, including location scouting, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Prepare and set up equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear, ensuring all technical requirements are met.
  • Assist in casting and organizing talent for video shoots.

• Production:

  • Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage.
  • Direct and coordinate the actions of cast and crew during shoots to ensure smooth and efficient production.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during filming.

• Post-Production:

  • Edit and post-produce video content, ensuring seamless integration of visual and audio elements.
  • Apply special effects, color correction, and other enhancements to achieve the desired artistic look.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to incorporate feedback and make revisions as needed.

• Product Placement:

  • Integrate product placements naturally into the storyline, ensuring they complement the video’s theme and narrative.

• Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with directors, producers, and other crew members to achieve the project’s vision.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication throughout the production process.

• Equipment Management:

  • Manage and maintain video production equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
  • Keep an inventory of equipment and oversee its proper storage and transport.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video production, cinematography, or a related field.
• Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong understanding of lighting, audio, and camera techniques.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for music and storytelling.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexibility to travel for on-site shoots as needed.
