SEO Manager
We are seeking a talented SEO Manager to develop and implement effective SEO strategies that improve our website’s visibility, drive organic traffic, and enhance our overall digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, and a passion for music and digital marketing.

We are looking for talented individuals to join our Search Engine Optimization Team and help us drive traffic to our creations worldwide.
Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our website.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and new content creation.
On-Page and Off-Page Optimization:
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images to improve search engine visibility.
- Implement technical SEO best practices, including site speed optimization, mobile optimization, and schema markup.
- Build and manage a strong backlink profile through outreach, partnerships, and content marketing.
Content Collaboration:
- Work closely with the content team to create and optimize high-quality, engaging content that aligns with SEO goals.
- Provide SEO guidelines and recommendations for content creation, ensuring all content is optimized for search engines.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software.
- Track key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
- Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Stay Updated with SEO Trends:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and adapt SEO strategies to stay ahead of changes in the search landscape.
Collaboration and Training:
- Collaborate with web developers, designers, and other team members to implement SEO recommendations.
- Provide training and guidance to the team on SEO best practices and the importance of SEO in digital marketing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SEO Manager, SEO Specialist, or similar role.
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency with SEO tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and HTML/CSS.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for music and a commitment to leveraging SEO to enhance our digital presence.
