Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Develop and lead AI strategies to enhance music production, storytelling, and business operations.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI technologies to improve efficiency, creativity, and innovation within the company.
Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of AI projects, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Coordinate with various departments to implement AI solutions and ensure successful adoption and integration.
Research and Development:
- Conduct research to stay updated with advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
- Explore new AI methodologies and tools that can be applied to music production and storytelling.
- Lead experiments and proof-of-concept projects to evaluate the potential impact of new AI technologies.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the creative and production teams to integrate AI tools and technologies into their workflows.
- Collaborate with external AI experts, researchers, and organizations to stay at the forefront of AI innovation.
Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a team of AI specialists, data scientists, and engineers.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems and solutions, ensuring they meet desired outcomes.
- Analyze data and provide insights to optimize AI implementations and improve results.
Ethical Considerations:
- Ensure that AI implementations adhere to ethical guidelines and best practices.
- Promote responsible AI use and address any potential biases or ethical concerns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head of AI, AI Director, or similar leadership role in AI and machine learning.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and data science.
- Experience in leading AI projects from concept to deployment, preferably in the creative or entertainment industry.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar, and familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
