We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Content Creator to develop and execute engaging content across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent storytelling abilities, and the skills to create high-quality content that resonates with our audience.

Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Develop creative and engaging content ideas for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
- Create high-quality images, videos, graphics, and written content that align with our brand voice and mission.
- Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other design software to produce visually appealing content.
Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers.
- Plan and schedule content using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with broader marketing campaigns and goals.
Community Engagement:
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a sense of community and build relationships with our audience by creating interactive content such as polls, Q&As, and live streams.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with new audiences.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
- Prepare and present regular reports on social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain current and effective.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, creative, and production teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all platforms.
- Coordinate with influencers, partners, and collaborators to amplify our reach and impact.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create engaging social media content.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for music and storytelling.
